Story Writing Contest (deadline - 4th November 2013)

The creative writing contest is now open to submissions!

All entries must contain short stories based on ONE of the photos which can be found in the Book of Knowledge blog (http://yewsbookofknowledge.blogspot.fr/).

Participants are strongly advised to read the file 'The elements of short story" (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2Ul_-6wm-khZ0hweVFnYnFXU0k/edit?pli=1) and the posts in the blog "Creative Writing Workshop" (http://yewscreativewritingworkshop.blogspot.fr/)
 

A panel of students and tеаchers will select the two best short stories according to different criteria: most original, best plot, best ending and best style.

Submissions must be up to 4 pages, typed on computer and sent to yews88@abv.bg by 4th NOVEMBER 2013.

Results will be posted by 12th November on the project blog. The two best stories will be printed and taken to the final contest round in Turkey. They will compete with the other countries' best stories and a Comenius winner will be announced at the end of November  2013.

Екипът по проект "Коменски" обявява конкурс за написване на разказ, въз основа на ЕДНА от дванадесетте избрани по проекта снимки, които може да намерите на блога http://yewsbookofknowledge.blogspot.fr

На участниците се препоръчва да прочетат информацията във файла "Elements of Short Story" (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2Ul_-6wm-khZ0hweVFnYnFXU0k/edit?pli=1) и публикациите в блога "Creative Writing Workshop" (http://yewscreativewritingworkshop.blogspot.fr/)

Ученици и учители по английски и български език ще изберат двата най-добри разказа въз основа на следните критерии: най-оригинален разказ, най-добър сюжет, най-интересен край и най-добър стил.

Готовите разкази трябва да са до 4 страници, написани на компютър и изпратени на е-мейл: yews88@abv.bg най-късно до 4 ноември 2013 г.

Резултатите ще бъдат обявени до 12.11.2013 г. на блога на проекта. Двете най-добри творби се класират за международния кръг за най-добър разказ в Турция през ноември 2013 г.
